Do you have samples or travel sizes?

Currently, we do not manufacture travel sizes or provide samples. If you would like to try our products before purchasing, please consider making a visit to a local retailer. Our store locator can be found here.

We strive to use the most natural products possible. All of our ingredients are natural...(All products are always human tested first--a rule you should follow for yourself especially if you have sensitive skin).

Place your selected items into your cart. When finished shopping, you may checkout by using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal. Payment information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology, so your information is safe with us! All pricing is in CDN dollars.

For orders outside of Canada and the USA, a flat $35 shipping rate will apply and will be billed seperately.

We are conscious of our packaging outlay and the environment. Because of this we reuse clean shipping boxes where possible. We request that you reuse or recycle any of the packaging sent to you. We're all in this together and appreciate your help!

We charge a standard $11.95 for orders up to $75.00. We then offer free shipping on orders $75.00+. This is only for our retail customers. Our current turnaround time is 3 or 4 days for in stock items. This does not include shipping times. Expect an additional 5 to 6 days transit time for ground shipping methods (Canada Post Expedited).

Occasionally your order may take up to 7-10 business days. We will alert you if this is the case. If you are in a hurry to get your scrumptious products, please contact us and we will do our best to rush your order.

As of June 18, 2012 we will no longer accept returns due to the nature of our products. If you experience a problem, please contact us.

Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Please explain the reason for your return or exchange. Your comments are very important to us. Once you contact us, we will advise you of where to send your returned merchandise. A re-stocking charge of 15% will be deducted from your return.  Shipping costs are not returned.

Returned items should be new and unused, in their original packaging. Items must be received within 30 days of order. Please do not ship items without first contacting us.

If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials.

For your security, please return your item with a reliable courier and retain your order information. Belly Buttons & Babies is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If an item your order is currently out of stock, we will contact you immediately via email. We reserve the right to make substitutions.

Because our products are made using varied natural ingredients we recommend using our products within 12 months for freshest "consumption." You can help extend the life of your products by storing them in their original, closed container in a cool, dry environment.

We respect all living creatures and therefore never test any of our products on animals. All of our products ARE tested, however, on live human beings. We're part of The Leaping Bunny Program and provide the best assurance that no new animal testing is used in any phase of product development of our products.
